Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain pet grooming products and accessories that have been used or opened cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
